Many more photos and full articles can be found on my website. Palace Station is an off Strip Hotel and Casino that caters to Las Vegas “locals”. The Brass Fork replaced the former Grand Cafe that closed several months ago to construct this new dining spot. It also features a wide-ranging beverage program that includes a full-service seated bar and a dedicated pastry shop to serve up house made sweets at your table or to take home. The 194-seat Brass Fork is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and features an extensive menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The Brass Fork Kitchen and Bar at Palace Station Hotel and Casino had their Grand Opening on Tuesday March 19th. They are opening just in time for the March Madness NCAA Basketball Tournament that starts on March 19th. The Race and Sports Book is run by William Hill. While construction was taking place they used a temporary Sports Book on the second floor. Explore reviews, photos & menus and find the perfect spot for any occasion. On Monday March 18th the STRAT Hotel, Casino and Skypod had the Grand Opening for their brand new Race and Sports Book. Book now at 285 restaurants near Palace Station Hotel & Casino on OpenTable.
